The University of North Florida Fine Arts Center is one of the signature structures on the UNF campus; it is a visible statement of the vitality, permanence, and life of the entire school. The facility includes a 1,440-seat proscenium performance theatre with an orchestra pit that is regularly used by the university’s award winning Jazz program, the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, and a number of national traveling companies. The center offers a flexible 200-seat recital hall that offers film and lecture series potential, a full stage-house, and a visual arts studio for students to exhibit drawings, paintings, and sculptures.
