The Brooks Medical Fitness Center is a new corporate wellness facility to services the surrounding suburban business and residential community in southeast Jacksonville. The facility is designed as a true wellness experience encompassing physical fitness, athletic and aquatic rehabilitation, health and fitness education, indoor café and luxury spa accommodations. The facility is designed for two future expansions for a maximum build-out of approximately 80,000 S.F. Program spaces are comprised of a 7,000 S.F. gymnasium, six-lane indoor natatorium, aerobic room, two multi-purpose studios, and a spinning room. Additional features include a 3,000 S.F. education and conference center, full service spa, a 4,500 S.F. rehabilitation facility, and an indoor café.
