The Barco-Newton Family YMCA is a new 45,000 S.F. wellness facility designed to service the surrounding residential community as part of a multi-phased mixed-use development in Orange Park, Florida. Program spaces are comprised of a 5,000 S.F. fitness area, 7,200 S.F. gymnasium, aerobic room, multipurpose studio, and a spinning room. An eight-lane pool with a zero entry child play area is provided on the outside of the facility. Support spaces include administration, child watch, teen center, family activity room, and associated locker rooms.
