Water’s Edge is a seven story, 17-unit luxury condominium located on the oceanfront of Jacksonville Beach. The entire structure is poured-in-place concrete with a masonry and commercial-grade glass shell. The exterior finish is stucco with metal panels that accent the building. The balconies and roof are cantilevered projections that emphasize the buildings horizontal lines. The condominium features an operable glass system on the balconies that permits multiple functions for exterior spaces year round.
